Value-Based Energy Investments

Nova Atlantic LLC is an international energy investment company organized under the laws of Delaware. Headquarters are in Falmouth, Maine, USA. Work is generally conducted in key markets from a base in London.

We focus on the development of smaller, mezzanine level, stranded natural gas reserves which are proximate to key markets in China, Europe, and the USA. Our goal is to develop or redevelop these fields sooner than currently planned, while adding value. Emerging small-scale Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and Methanol technology are important tools in the process.

Current Focus

• Undervalued and abandoned Natural Gas fields left behind during earlier weak markets and/or higher tax environments. Negotiations for reentry, farm-in, and acquisition of those fields are ongoing.
• New ideas for natural gas development. Small Scale LNG liquefaction developed through modified LNG vessels is one such initiative. We hold an indirect interest there.
• Good Faith Negotiations toward significant, but friendly, ownership interests in overlooked E&P (Exploration and Production) Companies.
• Valuation gaps between high-growth markets and remote natural gas reserves which are traded on public exchanges or held by National Oil Companies. We advise major Corporations with ideas on how to close those gaps.

Nova Atlantic's goal is to continue its growth as an integrated Natural Gas Development Company. Our focus remains on intermediate-scale fields and ventures which are too small for major oil companies. All efforts are funded through existing arrangements with recognized Capital Providers worldwide.
