Maverick LNG Holdings Ltd. ("Maverick” or the "Company”) is an exempted Bermuda company formed to develop and market commercial quantities of liquefied natural gas ("LNG”) from stranded natural gas sources through the use of floating LNG production vessels. Maverick's growth strategy focuses on developing and expanding its fleet of LNG carriers through vessel purchase options, vessel acquisitions and then converting these vessels to floating LNG production ("FLNG”) vessels as their short to medium-term existing charter arrangements expire. We believe some of the unique attributes of Maverick's business model are the following:

Positioned to capitalize on the growing global demand for LNG;

Significant growth opportunities to contract for stranded gas reserves around the world under attractive commercial terms;

First mover advantage in the development of an offshore LNG liquefaction business model;

Maverick is the principal shareholder and General Partner of FLNG Partners, LP ("FLNG Partners”), a Marshall Islands limited partnership. The Company will contribute all of its vessel-related assets to FLNG Partners concurrently with the completion of a subsequent private placement discussed below.

Gas Supply Overview

Maverick is presently engaged in discussions or negotiations with more than twenty prospective suppliers of natural gas under long-term contracts with "net-back" pricing. Formal proposals have been delivered, and the Company expects memorandums of understanding (MOU) for several of the suppliers to be completed by the end of 2008. Prospective suppliers range from sovereign governments and national oil/gas companies to small to large independents. The Company is primarily focused on Atlantic Basin "stranded gas” opportunities with recoverable reserves in excess of 500 bcf. Almost all of the prospective opportunities are located in areas that are currently covered by the Company’s Exclusivity arrangement with Hamworthy regarding use of their proprietary on-board liquefaction technology. Gas supply opportunities range from interaction with existing producers/license owners to receive processed wellstream gas to providing upstream assistance and/or financing to develop requisite deliverability from undeveloped field reserves.
