Capitalizing on Growing Global Demand for LNG. We believe Maverick is ideally suited to help meet the growing global demand for LNG by harnessing the value of stranded natural gas reserves. The market for global LNG imports is expected to more than double from 760 bcf in 2007 to 1,810 bcf in 2010. Maverick is poised to take advantage of this growth by liquefying natural gas from stranded locations that do not currently have access to onshore liquefaction facilities. Maverick's floating liquefaction vessels will be able to liquefy onshore and offshore natural gas reserves and market this LNG around the world. This model allows governments and independent natural gas producers the ability to develop and market natural gas that was previously uneconomic. As the global market for natural gas continues to grow, Maverick's business model is well positioned to meet the needs of producers and importers of natural gas and LNG.

Significant Growth Opportunities. Maverick is strategically placed to enable the development of numerous stranded gas fields around the world that currently are undeveloped, require re-injection, or have burn-off or "flaring” of natural gas due to a lack of transportation and liquefaction infrastructure. The Company’s unique vendor relationships, attractive economic model, and prospective vessel portfolio provide it with a strong competitive position in the market. As Maverick grows and converts its fleet of LNG carriers, it can capture the unlocked value of stranded natural gas reserves.

First Mover Advantage. The market for offshore liquefaction is in its early stages and has tremendous growth potential. Currently, there are no providers of offshore liquefaction services. We believe Maverick is well-positioned to gain a leading market share as a result of its access to candidate LNG carrier vessels, relationships with key vendors, technical expertise, and its ability to secure access to stranded natural gas supplies.
