Small Scale LNG

Nova Atlantic holds an indirect equity interest in Maverick LNG Holdings Ltd. (Bermuda) (MLNG) and FLNG Partners LP. Both entities will acquire and convert certain, existing LNG vessels for offshore liquefaction service. Liquefaction service will utilize new smaller-scale LNG technology under an Exclusivity Agreement with a major Engineering Company. A wide range of fields in Africa, Asia, and in South America are being targeted for this new service.

MLNG owns or controls four LNG vessels ranging in size from 87,000 cubic meters to 160,000 cubic meters. Partners in the firm and it's general description are noted here.
